We’re always available to chat by phone or trade emails to answer any questions, no matter how large or small. In the meantime, though, here are some answers that will provide clarity and help make your stay at our hotel as informed as possible.

  • I have question about my bill. Who do I call?
    Bill inquiries, please contact the front desk.
  • What forms of payment are accepted to pay for room?
    Credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer and cash with credit card guarantee are all options.
  • What are the hours of restaurant/coffeeshop/pool bar?
  • Do you serve alcohol?
    Unfortunately, we do not serve alcohol.
  • What is Check-in/Check-out time?
    Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM. You may request an early check-in or late check-out during booking, subject to availability. Please contact our front desk for more details.
  • Is the hotel entirely non-smoking?
    The hotel rooms, facilities, and common spaces are entirely non-smoking. However, we have a designated area for smoking outside, please contact our front desk for more information.
  • How much do you charge for internet/wifi internet access?
    Internet is free for all guests.
  • Do you offer room services? What are the hours?
    Yes, room services are available from 6:00am - 10:00pm.
  • Do you have a fitness room? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
    Yes, our fitness room is open from 6:00am - 10:00pm and is equipped with Life Fitness free weights, a multi-function strength machine, an elliptical, treadmills, yoga mats and more.
  • Do you have a pool?
    Yes, unwind in our a salt-water pool and enjoy refreshing drinks by our pool bar.
  • Do you offer luggage storage?
    Yes, we offer secure luggage storage for our guests before check-in and after check-out.
  • What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
    In order to confirm your booking, Nai Ya Hotel requires deposit payment for part or all of the hotel stay at the time of booking. November - February, you can cancel or change your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation, early departure and no show, 100% of the accommodation rate will be charged as cancellation fees. ​ March - October, you can cancel or change your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation, early departure and no show, 100% of the accommodation rate will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • What is the minimum age for check-in?
    The minimum age requirement to check in to a room is 18.
  • Do you have connecting rooms?
    Yes, our Premium Room are connecting room.
  • Will your rooms allow rollaways (Extra bed)/cribs? Is there a charge?
    Yes, 500 Baht per rollaway (extra bed) ; 500 Baht per cribs.
  • I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make changes to my reservation. How do I do this?
    For bookings through other websites, please contact that third party provider.
  • Is my ID/passport required at check in?
    Yes, ID is required at check in.
  • What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
    Cancellation policy dependent on rate plan booked, please see conditions in your reservations confirmation however you booked.
